Since we allow our users to explore and evaluate our platform beforehand by creating a fully-functioning NFT Store under the free plan, it leaves almost zero scope for the user to have any doubt(s) around the product. Therefore, we do not entertain any kind of refund except at the sole discretion of NFTICALLY’s management.

NFTICALLY allows its users to cancel the subscription to any of the paid plans anytime before the beginning of the next billing cycle. For instance, if you have subscribed to the monthly paid plan, you may cancel your subscription before the start of the next month’s billing cycle.

When you set up your NFT Store, it automatically gets linked to your crypto wallet. Once your NFT has been sold, the final amount after all the deductions (Gas fee and NFTICALLY commission) will be transferred to the linked account. After receiving the amount in cryptocurrency, you can get it converted to fiat currency.
